Tour Itinerary

An early morning pickup from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh in an air-conditioned vehicle. You will enjoy a scenic 1.5-hour drive through the stark, beautiful granite mountains of the Sinai Desert toward Dahab.

Upon reaching the coast just north of Dahab, swap your vehicle for a traditional 20-to-30-minute camel ride along the shoreline. This is a peaceful, classic Sinai photo-op as the desert mountains directly meet the edge of the Red Sea.

Arrive at the world-famous Blue Hole National Park. By getting here mid-morning, you beat the massive afternoon tour buses. Spend a solid 2 hours snorkeling along the shallow saddle and outer coral wall reef, marveling at the sheer drop-off into the deep blue sinkhole and its vibrant marine life.

Head slightly south to the Three Pools area—named for three shallow lagoons cut into the coral flat reef. This provides a very different, calmer snorkeling experience ideal for spotting shallow-water reef fish.

Relax in a shaded, traditional Bedouin-style camp right on the water. Enjoy a freshly prepared BBQ lunch (typically grilled chicken, rice, salads, and fresh flatbread) alongside authentic herbal Bedouin tea.

Recommendation: Most high-rated tours leverage the drive back to stop by a local natural landmark like Salama Canyon or Wadi Gunai. Taking a 30-minute guided walk through the narrow, towering labyrinth of multicolored sandstone cliffs offers incredible landscape photos.

Spend an hour walking the vibrant, bohemian boardwalk of Dahab town. It is significantly more laid-back than Sharm El Sheikh. You can interact with locals, sit at a trendy seaside cafe, or shop for authentic spices, handmade jewelry, and silver at local prices.

Board your air-conditioned transport for the smooth drive back through the mountains.

Arrive back at your resort in Sharm El Sheikh just in time to freshen up for dinner.
